Payment Options
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- CareCredit works like a credit card with no annual fee: 6 months interest-free on every purchase, with low monthly payments. Applying takes about five minutes.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- New clients: a $75 deposit reserves your first appointment and is applied to your invoice at the visit.
- Surgery, dental & procedures: a deposit of 25% of the written estimate secures your appointment and is applied to the final invoice.
- Book your procedure the same day you receive the estimate and pay the deposit, and you receive 5% off the total invoice.
- Deposits are fully refundable with at least 72 hours notice. Changes inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Please respond to appointment reminders. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other patients.

Our hospital does not handle emergencies, but your pet’s well-being is our top priority. During business hours, call us at (719) 542-2022 and we will guide you. If your pet needs immediate attention outside our regular hours, please contact one of these trusted emergency hospitals.
