No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy
Due to the strain on veterinarians and limited appointment availability in our community, there will be a $70 fee per patient if you reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. A no-show fee will also apply if you do not attend your scheduled appointment.
We have many pets in need of care who are waiting longer than usual to be seen. When appointments are missed or rescheduled at the last minute, it makes things difficult for our clinic, doctors, staff, and the community.
